Educational Background

• Industrial engineering or bachelor degree

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of the tooling administration (Request a new tools, reparation/adjustment/verification, storage, traceability tool system etc,)
• Knowledge of the set-up administration (SMED, correct disassembly/assembly on machine, adjustment and correction , traceability tool system, etc)
• Min 1-2 years experience in the tooling / set-up
• Organize the schedule for the tooling administration (for the supervisor in charge of the ensues a good tool condition)
• Insure the training of the tooling according the supplier/internal specification tool
• Optimize the task for the preventive in order to reduce the MTTR (for the supervisor in charge of the preventive maintenance tool)
• Insure the preventive of the tooling according the task defined (for the supervisor in charge of the preventive maintenance)
• Insure the disassembly/assembly on machine correctly according the task defined (for the supervisor in charge of the set-up)
• Organize the technicians planning to support the production in case we have some issue of the tooling /set-up
• Analyze the tooling/set-up failure to prevent the future failure of the tool and review with the preventive tool team the task list
• Organize a regular audit to have an assessment of the tooling/equipment and improve the availability rate of the tooling
• Participation of the installation of the new tools
• Insure the good communication between the other services/departments
• Execute the performance evaluation (new technicians and yearly evaluations)
• Insure the good rule regarding the filling of the production documentations (release tool, setup, parameter ect...)
• Provide the KPI to the production
